‘Soup, Sandwich and a Song’ concert Oct. 29

The Staples Area Women’s Chorus will present their annual “Soup, Sandwich and a Song” concert Saturday, Oct. 29, at 12:30 p.m. at Staples Alliance Church, 1512 8th St. NE, Staples. Doors will open at noon.
Members of the chorus will serve soup, a sandwich and a dessert to begin the event. While audience members enjoy their lunch, the chorus, under the direction of Rob Freelove, will entertain with a wide variety of music featuring new numbers along with chorus favorites.
Advance tickets are available from chorus members, Markus Hair Design, Motley; and Nelson Insurance Agency and Staples World, Staples. Tickets may be available at the door if they are not sold out in advance.
