Council on Aging meeting in Staples

The Todd County Council on Aging invites the public to join them at their meeting Wednesday, June 15, at 1:30 p.m. in the Senior Room at the Staples Community Center, 425 4th St. NE.
Business items will include:
o election of officers
o coordinator’s report
o fundraising for the Eagle Bend kitchen and bundled meals mileage
o exercise classes
o grant reports
o volunteer recognition at the state fair
o state fair bus trip
Guest speaker Marilyn Gibson will speak about her hobby of fishing and about the Senior Companion program.
The annual pie and ice cream social will follow.
