School board agenda

The Staples Motley School Board will meet Monday, June 20, at 7 p.m. at the Motley media center.

Tentative agenda items include:

o School/community forum - Amanda Olson regarding an extended field trip to Italy and Greece in June 2017.

o Finance items including approval of the 2016-17 budget and list of committed funds and awarding the dairy bid.

o Accept a retirement request from Connie Hoffert, high school receptionist and activities director secretary.

o Accept resignations from Laura Schoonover, district nurse; and Tammy Johnson, head speech coach.

o Approve contracts for Mary Kempton, kindergarten teacher; and for Sue Bettis, Motley food service.

o Grant permission to post for a kindergarten teacher in anticipation of enrollment numbers and for paraprofessionals to fill retirement vacancies.
