Volunteers sought to paint houses

Four houses in Staples have been selected to be painted as part of the “Paint the Town” initiative. The committee is looking for volunteers to form paint teams to adopt a house.
A paint team and paint volunteer meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m., Thursday, June 23, at Staples City Hall in the council chamber.
Anyone interested in being on a paint team or forming their own paint team to adopt a home should attend this meeting.
