Villard Township mowing bids
Villard Township is now accepting bids for ditch mowing. The mowing will consist of approximately 38 miles of township roads. The mowing must be done on or before July 4, 2021 for the first cut and on or before September 6, 2021 for the final cut. Mowing must be done between said dates if need be.

Sealed bids for the 2021-2022 school year for Milk and related Dairy products will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on June 28, 2021, in the district office of Independent School District #2170 located at 905 4th St. NE, Staples, MN 56479 at which time bids will be opened in said office.

Gloria K. Perfetti (“Petitioner”) has filed a Petition for Determination of Descent.
It is Ordered that on July 26, 2021, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 221 First Avenue South, Long Prairie, Minnesota, on the petition.
The petition represents that the Decedent died testate more than three (3) years ago leaving property in Minnesota. The petition requests the Court probate the decedent’s last Will dated March 12, 2004, determine the descent of such property, and assign the property to the persons entitled.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the petition will be granted.
Notice shall be given by publishing this Notice and Order as provided by law and by:

OUTLET PETITION - HEARING NOTIFICATION
A Public Hearing will be held Tuesday June 29, 2021 at 7 p.m. It will be held at the Todd County Expo Building located at the Todd County Fairgrounds, 203 9th St NE, Long Prairie, MN 56347. This Public Hearing is regarding a Petition that has been submitted by the LSLID requesting to use County Ditch 41 as an outlet for their High-Water Outlet Project. All interested landowners are welcome and encouraged to attend this Informational Meeting. Commissioners Becker, Erickson, Neumann, Kneisl, Kircher, Attorney Kurt Deter and CDI Nancy Uhlenkamp will be in attendance for Todd County. The LSLID representatives, Attorney, and Engineer will be in attendance for the LSLID.
