The Board of Review will meet and discuss concerns of May Township Residents who feel themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low.
Meeting will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the May Township Hall. Everyone welcome.

STAPLES TOWNSHIP BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for Staples Township shall meet on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Town Hall for the purpose of determining whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor and to determine whether corrections need to be made for 2018.
All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected. No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his/her agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.
The meeting will be scheduled by appointment only. Please contact the Todd County Assessor’s Office to schedule an appointment. Phone: 320-732-4430.

POPLAR TOWNSHIP BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION
Important information Regarding Property
This may affect your 2018 property taxes
The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Poplar Township will meet on Thursday, April 5, at 12:00 p.m. at the Leader Community Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before appealing to the county board of appeal and equalization.
The Poplar Town Board regular meetings from April 2018 through December 2018 will be held at the Leader Community Hall in Leader on the second Thursday of the month beginning at 5:30 p.m.
