Emergency declaration

Due to the storm damage on July 21, which caused a significant amount of public property damage, the Cass County Office of Emergency Management requested the Chair of County Board of Commissioners to declare Cass County in a state of local emergency.
This declaration will make it possible for all cities and townships that suffered public property damage or the need to clear roads to apply for reimbursement of damages.
