Morrison County Sheriff's Office reports

Recent reports from the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) included the following:

May 5 - The MCSO received a call regarding threatening comments made by an employee at a business on Bugle Rd. in Motley.

May 2 - The MCSO received a call from Steven Lastovich, Cushing, who reported that he had been notified of an attempted identity theft by the use of his social security number to start a credit account with Capital One.

April 30 - The MCSO responded to a report of loud music coming from a truck parked near the Motley Motel. Officers located the truck and a man named Jauregui Ernesto; and explained to him that people were trying to sleep. The man agreed to quit playing the loud music for the night and go to bed.

April 30 - The MCSO responded to a call regarding someone burning brush in the woods on the 35,000 block of 18th Ave. in Motley. Officers advised the home owner that he would need to activate his burn permit before he would be able to burn anything again.

April 29 - The MCSO issued a speeding citation to Tonia Koerber near Hwy 10 and Aztec Rd. in Motley.

April 28 - The MCSO received a report of suspicious activity at a residence on 260th St. in Cushing.
