Motley Police Department reports

Recent reports from the Motley Police Department (MPD) included the following:

Oct. 12 - The MPD issued a citation to Allen Hamm, 39, for driving with a revoked driver’s license.

Oct. 8 - The MPD issued a speeding citation to Nancy Brimhall, 69.

Oct. 7 - The MPD issued a citation to Aidan Shaughnessy, 30, for obstructed view in his vehicle. According to the report, as the officer approached Shaughnessy’s vehicle, he looked closely and was able to see that the driver was not able to see out any of his windows, other than the driver’s door window and windshield. When the officer explained to the driver why he had stopped him, Shaughnessy said he could see his mirror as he reached over to the passenger side, grabbed a bushy plant and pulled it down toward the windshield. Upon receiving the citation, the driver stated that he looked forward to seeing the officer in court.

Oct. 7 - The MPD issued a speeding citation to Curtis Goreham-Voss, 34.
