Motley Police Dept., MCSO reports
Recent reports from the Motley Police Department (MPD) and the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) included the following:
Dec. 20 - The MPD received a call regarding damage to property on Postal Rd. in Motley.
Dec. 21 - The MCSO received a call from Carolyn Ouradnik who reported a fraudulent charge on her debit card for $447. The incident occurred in Florida.
Dec. 19 - The MCSO received a call from David Colby who reported an unknown vehicle that was parked on private property on Riverside Ln. in Motley. The property is owned by Colby.
Dec. 19 - The MCSO responded to a report of a domestic situation on Beaulieu St. W. in Motley.
Dec. 28 - The MCSO conducted a legal traffic stop near Hwy 10 and 330th St. and upon questioning the driver of the vehicle, detected several indicators of possible drug activity, including an odor of burnt marijuana. Consent was granted to search the car and the deputy found an empty foil bundle zipped in the coin pouch of driver’s wallet. In addition, the deputy found $200 cash and an open, used box of aluminum foil. Driver was released with verbal warning for speeding.
Dec. 27 - The MCSO responded to a report of burglary at the 38000 block of Danberry Trail in Pillager.
Dec. 24 - The MCSO responded to a report of burglary at a residence on 330th St. in Motley.
Dec. 23 - The MCSO responded to a report of theft at an address on 320th St. in Cushing.
