Motley Police, MCSO reports

Recent reports from the Motley Police Department (MPD) and the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) included the following:

June 8 - The MPD escorted the rolling 9/11 Memorial Truck through the City of Motley along with the Motley Fire Dept., as far as Staples, where the Staples Fire Dept. was waiting to escort the truck as it continued west on Hwy 10.

June 3 - The MPD assisted Cass County with locating a vulnerable adult missing from a group home on 71st Ave. SW in Motley.

June 2 - Motley Police Chief Ron Smith reports that he observed disorderly conduct of a citizen on a city council member. 

June 2 - The MCSO received a call from a woman who reported that her German Shepherd had bitten a neighbor girl. The incident happened at 330th St., Motley. The girl was not injured. The woman said she would like to bring the dog to a veterinarian to have it put down. She also mentioned that the dog was up to date on all of its shots.
