Robotics club at MSMS
The Robotics Club, an extracurricular activity at Motley Staples Middle School, began this past December. John Regan, MSMS math teacher, is their advisor. The students, divided into two teams, built their battery-operated robots and recently held a competition between the two. Pictured in center photo, Stultz continues to help build his team’s robot. This is the first time a robotics club has been held at the middle school. “I think it’s been great,” Regan said. “The kids get a lot out of it...it helps promote teamwork as well as problem solving. They also get to create something, which is pretty cool.”
