School board agenda
The Staples Motley School Board will meet Monday, July 18, at 7 p.m. at the high school media center.
Tentative agenda items include:
o School/community forum, providing board chair and/or superintendent have been contacted by noon of the day of the meeting regarding topic.
o Curriculum items including presentation of student-parent handbooks with action to be taken at August meeting, presentation of the QComp report and approval of the 2016-17 literacy plan.
o Approve contracts for high school receptionist/community education secretary, elementary school social worker, school nurse and STEAM teachers.
o Accept resignation of Kassie Martin, school readiness and early childhood teacher.
o Approve fall extracurricular and coaching assignments.
Other items include reports from the principals, superintendent, community education, SMEA and school board committees.
