Eagles tribute concert at Centennial

Over 300 people came out to Centennial Auditorium in Staples Sept. 14, to hear the Armadillos and Collective Unconscious perform their Eagles tribute show. The event, which featured nine band members throughout the two-hour show, kicked off the Staples Motley Area Arts Council’s 2018 - 2019 regular concert season. Pictured, from left, are Rich Wiiteman, Bill Scherer, Jeff Engholm (whose grandma, Harriet Dent, was a long-time Staples resident), Nathan Nesje and Muggsy Lauer.
