FFA leadership conference

Scout Strickland, center, of the Staples Motley FFA chapter attended the State Greenhand Leadership Conference June 27-July 1 at Deep Portage Conservation Reserve, Hackensack. Strickland was one of 149 members attending from all over the state, including the state officer team and regional presidents. Attendees learned about many things related to FFA opportunities, leadership development and career success. Workshops focused on goal setting, personal leadership, stereotypes and diversity and professionalism.
