Help improve mental health needs for Minnesota veterans

The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs a long  with Wilder Research are working to assess the mental health needs of veterans in Minnesota. Feedback will help improve services for veterans throughout the state.

The survey is completely confidential and no responses can in any way be traced back to participants; this is only to help service providers and the state provide better services.
