Culinary class field trip

Students in the Staples-Motley High School culinary basics class and instructor Lisa Kajer experienced quantity baking first hand at Camp Shamineau. Camp staff showed the students how to use large industrial equipment as they made 80 dozen chocolate chip cookies and 40 dozen muffins. They also learned the importance of preparation, teamwork and efficiency.
