Moline joins Horizon Health Hospice

Heather Moline has joined Horizon Health, Inc. as their new hospice director. She brings over 19 years of nursing experience, knowledge and skills along with an MBA in Healthcare Administration.

“With the hospice movement growing, my vision strives for the commitment of providing quality end of life care while easing the burden of stress and discomfort and promoting dignity and support in a team approach,” Moline said.

Her mission for Horizon Health Hospice is to continue to provide a competent, compassionate team who will ensure the physical, emotional, and spiritual support during a person’s end of life journey and beyond through partnering and planning together with them and their loved ones.

“The goal of Horizon Health’s Hospice care is focused on each patient’s own goals and hopes,” Moline added. “There is a greater need for education and increased knowledge and awareness of Hospice and Palliative Care throughout the communities and organizations for the understanding that hospice is a philosophy, not a place. The earlier an individual receives hospice care, the more opportunity there is to stabilize medical conditions and address the needs individually.”

She is from Sartell and has three children.
