Bette Sinotte

“Bette” Florence Elizabeth Sinotte, 75, of Staples died January 13, 2017 at the Lakewood Care Center, Staples. 

A Celebration of Life will be held January 18, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Staples at 11 a.m.

Arrangements were by Taylor Funeral Care in Staples.

Bette was born in Boston, Mass. on Jan. 17, 1941. She married John Sinotte in Pensacola, FL in 1959. They moved with their growing family to Minnesota in 1962. Her talents included decorating, floral design, crafts and cake decorating. She enjoyed singing in the church choir, reading and traveling. She led a full work life, including JC Penney, her floral shop “Creative Designs” and as an office manager with Image Tech. She volunteered for school organizations and Birthright, counseling young mothers. 

Bette is survived by her husband; two sons, John Sinotte, Jr. and Michael (Annette) Sinotte; three daughters, Mary Beth (Harlan) Grams, Anne Sinotte and Kerri Sinotte (Theron); 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
