Arthur Leroy Jensen, 87, of Encinitas, California, passed away January 8, 2018.
He was born to Roy and Ruth Jensen in Staples where he was raised and graduated from Staples High School in 1948. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps in San Diego, CA. and was drafted for the Korean War. He met and married Barbara Jo (Bobbie) Johnson, in San Diego.
Arthur is survived by his wife; two daughters, M’Lizz Salley and Julie Johnson; one son, Walter Jensen; five grandchildren and one brother, William Jensen of St. Paul.
He is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Mary Ann Roberts, Adeline Granlund and Katherine Johnson.
