Betty Daily
Betty Dailey, 90, passed away August 28, 2 018 at the Bethany Good Samaritan Home, Brainerd, due to Alzheimer’s disease.
Funeral services were held Sept. 1, at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Oylen with Chaplain Bob Mueller presiding.
Burial was in Poplar Cemetery, Leader.
Arrangements were with the Schuller Family Funeral Homes, Wadena.
Betty was born, November 13, 1927 to Harry and Katie (Richards) Slaughter in Kimball Township, Jackson County.
Betty married Fred Dailey on April 21, 1946 in Wadena. They farmed in Poplar Township for many years and also had a business in Leader. Betty always had the coffee on for family and friends and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Betty is survived by one son Steven (Jean) Dailey of Oylen; 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, four great great-grandchildren and daughter-in-law, Arlee Dailey.
She was preceeded in death by her husband; son, Russell; two daughters, Judy and Margaret Dumpprope; her parents; one sister; four brothers and son-in-law, Larry Dumpprope.
