Beverly Hansen

Beverly Hansen, 85, of Staples, passed away April 3, 2023, two days short of her 86th birthday. 

Beverly Jane Hanson was born April 5, 1937 to Harry and Mildred Ricketts. She had one sister, Patricia.

Beverly married Donald “Buck” Hansen on June 5, 1955 and they were blessed with four children, Rick, Nancy, Daniel and Wayne. After several years of marriage, Donald and Beverly went their separated.

She was currently a resident of Central Todd County Care Center in Clarissa where she enjoyed playing cards with friends, bingo, tending to her many plants, the 3 o’clock coffee social and the care center’s kitty, Bobbie, who spent many hours on her bed.

Beverly is survived by two sons, Daniel (Linda) and Wayne (Vicki); three grandchildren, Crystal, John and Ashley; six great-grandchildren, Trinity, Joshua, Harper, Brantley, Miles, Nolan and twins due in May.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Pat; one son, Rick and one daughter, Nancy.

Family would like to thank Central Todd County Care Center, Clarissa for their care and the many freindships Beverly made there.
