Daniel Van Blaricom

Daniel “Dan Van” Van Blaricom, 59, of Caldwell, Idaho, passed away July 14, 2018, at his home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at his residence on August 4, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

Daniel was born December 11, 1958, in Kenosha, Wisconsin to James and Velma (Dumpprope) Van Blaricom.

Since childhood he loved animals, was a true adventurer, living in Idaho, Montana and Georgia. He married Brenda Cutsail on Sept. 15, 1988, in Helena, Montana returning to Idaho where they raised their family. He enjoyed caring for his home and land, spending time with his children, building race cars, watching his son race at Firebird Raceway and filming dance competitions that his daughter competed in. He also enjoyed sharing his passion of hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years; one daughter, Katherine (Dylan) Estep; one son, Tyler (Faith) Van Blaricom; parents; one sister, Kelly (Randy) Miller; four nieces and many great nieces and nephews. 

Dan was preceded in death by one brother, David J. Van Blaricom.
