Darlene Collison

Darlene Collison, 79, of Motley, passed away August 18, 2018, at the Harmony House in Motley. 

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m, Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Motley Free Methodist Church, with Pastor Jim Johnson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.

Interment will be at Poplar Cemetery near Leader.

Arrangements are by Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples. 

Darlene was born April 20, 1939 in Minneapolis to Harold and Hazel (Moshier) Wimperis. She was united in marriage to Russell Collison on June 25, 1993 in Reno, NV. Darlene loved gardening, flowers, animals, sewing and crocheting. 

She is survived by her husband, Russell; one daughter, Denise Shearer; two grandsons, Cory (Naomi) and Ryan; one great-grandson, Riley and one brother, Donnie Wimperis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Ricky Lay.
