DeAnn Senger

DeAnn Gay Senger, 83, of Staples, passed away May 20, 2024, at Lakewood  Health System Care Center in Staples.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 8, at the Lincoln Evangelical Free Church in Cushing. A luncheon will follow the service.

Interment will be at Evergreen Hill Cemetery in Staples.

DeAnn was born October 25, 1940, to Harold and Flodys (Taylor) Farber in Staples. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren.

DeAnn will be remembered by six sons, Donald (Michelle) Solga, David (Kathy) Solga, Duane (Claudia) Solga, John (Angie) Niemi, Craig (Christy) Niemi and Ronald (Mary Ashley) Wheelock; two daughters, Debra Stevens and Cindy (Dave) Marsh; 25 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Gary Farber and two sisters, Karen Gess and Rhonda Van Norman.

DeAnn is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Senger; one brother, Gerald; one son-in-law, Mitch Stevens and one sister-in-law, Judy Farber.

Arranements are by the Taylor Funeral Home of Staples.
