Dolores Noska
Dolores Noska, 89, of Browerville, passed away on December 24, 2016.
Services were held December 30, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Clarissa with Fr. Matthew Crane officiating.
Burial was held at St. Isidore’s Catholic Cemetery, Moran Township.
Arrangements were with the Iten Funeral Home, Browerville.
Dolores was born April 22, 1927, in Moran Township, Todd County, to Albert and Agnes (Zeigler) Adamietz. She grew up on the family farm and attended country school through the ninth grade. She worked at the Red Owl in Staples, moving to Minneapolis for a short time. On June 3, 1946, Dolores married Elmer Noska. They lived in Clarissa where Elmer ran the Midland Station. Elmer and Dolores bought a farm in Moran Township and also ran the Vet’s Club in Browerville for many years. Dolores enjoyed crocheting, bowling, watching the Twins, her sons and grandchildren play sports, playing cards, Scrabble and Tripoli. She was a member of St. Isidore’s Catholic Church.
Dolores is survived by four daughters, Carol (Bob) Winkler of Clarissa, Vicki (Tom) Larson of Bertha, Pam (Paul) Reese of Fertile and Elizabeth (Paul) Kortie of Cloquet; five sons, Roger Noska of Staples; Doug (Virginia) Noska, John (Judy) Noska, Randy (Ann) Noska and Mathew Michels all of Browerville; one sister, Eileen (Clifford) Dukowitz; 34 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
Dolores is preceded in death by her parents; husband; one daughter, Linda (John) Michels and one brother, Leonard. w1c A00006B2017JN05
