Florence Carry

Florence Carry, 83, of Cushing died February 7, 2020 at St. Otto’s Care Center in Little Falls.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on June 20, 2020, at the Church of Christ in Staples with visitation begining at 10:00 a.m.

Burial will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery in Browerville.

Florence was born April 12, 1936 to Jess and Julia (Koukol) Tepley. She married Don Carry in Motley on October 29, 1952 and in 1957 they moved to the Twin Cities. They moved back to Cushing in 1982. Florence worked as a cook for many years at various places and after retirement worked as a Wal-Mart greeter. Florence was a member of Staples Church of Christ. She and Don enjoyed spending winters in Mission, Texas.   

Florence is survived by two children, Kathy (John) Seifert and son and Allan (Debra) Carry; one granddaughter, Rebecca (Tony) Sculati; two great-granddaughters, Sophia and Keira and many cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Florence is preceded in death by her parents; husband and six siblings,  Roy Tepley, Ed Tepley, Larry Tepley, Dorothy Bottom, Joan Trudell and Donna Koberstein.
