Jerry Faulk, Jr.

Jerry Mack Faulk, Jr., 60, of Staples, passed away December 7, 2021, at his home.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 16 at 11 a.m. at the Staples Assembly of God Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.

Jerry was born in Landstuhl, Germany. 

He is survived by his wife, Deborah; six children, Christopher Faulk, Michael (De Anna) Faulk, Marcy (Andrew) Knosalla, Kartrinamarie (Thomas) Ostergren, Amanda McCoy, and Charles McCoy; father, Jerry Faulk, Sr.; stepfather, Henry Gunter; five siblings, John Faulk, Joshua George, Jerri Faulk, Sherri Faulk, Jamie Faulk; 14 grandchildren, Logan, Tristian, Lenora, Gavin, Gabriel, Jordan, Byron, Eli, Mirya, Lucian, Wyatt, Silas, Mirabelle and Isabelle and many nieces and nephews.

Jerry is preceded in death by his mother, Heidimarie Elisabeth (Heick) Gunter; one brother, Jaimie Faulk; one sister, Judy Carol Gunn and heavenly grandson, Noah Thomas Ostergren.
