Joan Furzland

Joan B. Furzland, 78, of Staples, formerly of Princeton, passed away on February 7, 2017 at Lakewood Health System Hospital in Staples.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, February 17 at Taylor Funeral Home   in Staples. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.

Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, in Minneapolis.

Arrangements are the Taylor Funeral Home, Staples.

Joan was born on December 14, 1938 to Edward and Mary (Beauchane) Osieczanek in Minneapolis. 

She is survived by three sons, Greg (Sheryl), Ron (Theresa) and Brad; one daughter, JoAnne; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Judy Rolfe and other family and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl and one granddaughter.
