Lisa Teigland

Lisa Teigland, 59, of Long Prairie, passed away August 3, 2026, at the St. Cloud Hospital. 

A Celebration of Lisa’s Life will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on August 23  at the American Legion in Long Prairie.

Lisa was born January 6, 1967, to Clement and Lois (Peterson) Teigland in Browerville. She attended Clarissa High School, graduating in the class of 1985. She went on to attend technical college and worked as a medical transcriptionist for over 20 years.

She is survived by one daughter, Brooke Simonson; one sister, Pam (Larry) Cook; two brothers, Mark (Lisa) Teigland and Dean (Lorraine) Teigland and many nieces and nephews.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Michael Teigland and Lynn Teigland.
