Lois Moe

Lois Louise Moe, 81, of Staples, passed away unexpectedly at her home on November 5, 2018.

Funeral services will be held Sun., Nov. 18 at the Staples United Methodist Church at 3 p.m. Family visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service.

Private family interment will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls at a later date.

Arrangements were by Brenny Funeral Chapel, Staples.

Lois was born Sept. 29, 1937 to Selmer and Beulah Sorenson at Bagley. She met and married Donald Moe on January 18, 1958, in Bagley. They moved to Staples in 1967, where she became a member of the Staples United Methodist Church. Lois worked at Longbella Drug in Staples for many years.

Lois is survived by two sons, Richard (Becky) Moe of Superior, WI and Dain (Melanie) Moe of Wyoming; grandchildren, Brittany (Rich) Jones, Brandon (Chris Engen) Moe, Samantha (Ross) Larson and Nicholas Moe.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; three brothers and one sister.
