Lois Reggie

Lois Marilyn (Barnard )Reggie passed away December 4, 2018, at Lakewood Care Center in Staples.

A celebration of life will be held in California at a later date.

Lois was born to Alden Cobb and Annie Summers (Mooklar) Barnard on January 2, 1942 in Kansas City, Missouri. Due to her father’s military career in aviation, the family was stationed in Hawaii, then settled in Los Angeles. As a young girl, she played piano for about eight years. Lois  married Robert Frederick Reggie on May 18, 1961. She worked at Savon Drug Corp in administration, then at IC Gilfillan and IC Engineering before taking over her husband’s business, Culver Sandblasting, upon his death. 

Lois enjoyed gardening, growing rose bushes and  tropical plants/flowers such as ginger and plumeria bushes, traveling, outings, shopping and especially being with family and friends. Her favorite past time was watching her husband drag race. She  would watch the NHRA drag races when they were on TV.

She is survived by one daughter, Debbie (Buck) Foster of Wadena; one son, Gary Reggie of Fergus Falls; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Martha Barnard of Provo, Utah; “grandson” Jarrett; many nieces, nephews and friends.
