Lyn “Happy” LaRee Bell, 61, passed away August 7, 2017, at the family farm, Motley.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Motley Free Methodist Church, 33 Wellwood Street, Motley. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the church.
Arrangements are with the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls.
Lyn was born July 3, 1956, in Wadena to Marvin M. and Luella (Barg) (Bell) Knutson. She graduated from Motley High School. Her school years were filled with cheerleading and supporting school athletics. She attended St. Cloud Area Vocational Technical Institute earning a Child Services Technology certificate. Lyn “Happy” the clown beamed when sharing her gift of entertainment with adults and children. She will be remembered for her smile and adoration for her nieces, nephews and all children. An independent person, she enjoyed traveling to warm destinations in her camper.
She is survived by one son, Timothy Scott Seachrist; mother; three sisters, Kay (Leon) Trout, Sue (Steve) Jacobs, Amy (Ron) Dvorak; two brothers, Roy (Tammy) Bell and Les (Janene) Bell; 10 nieces and eight nephews.
She was preceded in death by grandfather, William Barg, grandmother, Theresa Barg; father; sister-in-law, Mary Bell; niece, Tina Bell and nephew, Ty Bell.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lyn Bell Family. Tribute flowers and balloons may be sent to the Motley Free Methodist Church.
