Marjorie L. Forte (née Brauch), 91, of Eveleth, MN, died Tuesday, January 1, 2019 in Fridley, MN.
Mass of Christian Burial was held January 9, 2019 at Resurrection Catholic Church, Eveleth with Celebrant Fr. Michael Garry.

Marjorie was born in Staples, MN, on August 1, 1927 to Robert and Catharine (Reinhard) Brauch. She graduated from Staples High School in 1945 and graduated from St. Cloud State Teachers College in 1947. She taught elementary education in Annandale, MN, Alexandria, MN, Seaside, OR and Eveleth, where she met her husband, Robert.
Marjorie was a long-standing member of Resurrection Catholic Church and an active member of Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court St. Margaret #1888. She held great conviction for the support of life and was a passionate advocate for the pro-life cause. From the love of her faith flowed the love of her family and friends. She enjoyed family celebrations and gatherings, playing cards, games, knitting and reading. She was a wonderful conversationalist, loved people and visiting. She was a lifelong teacher and learner. Marjorie especially loved spending time with her eight grandchildren, whom she called “her Blessings.” She and the kids spent many enjoyable hours playing board games.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara (Thomas) Lucarelli of Mounds View, MN, Diane (James) Juth of Rochester, MN and Catherine (Thomas - TP) Harrington of Fridley, MN; grandchildren, Gino and Marco Lucarelli, Jenna, Jillian and Jared Juth, Michael and Joseph Harrington and Nicholas (Nico) Forte; sister Grace (Christian) Schlegel of St. Anthony, MN and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; son, Patrick; brother, Charles and sisters, Ida, Jean, Mary and Elaine.
Marjorie will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
