Mary Jane Lingenfelter

Mary Jane Lingenfelter, 76, of Staples, passed away September 20, 2021, at the Lakewood Care Center in Staples.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, Oct. 3 at the Taylor Funeral Home in Staples with a gathering of family and friends from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Mary Jane was born June 25, 1945 to Ruth (Dorsey) and Clarence Holton in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. 

She retired after many years of service at Lakewood Health Care System in Staples. 

She is survived by her husband, Ken; three sons, Jay Lingenfelter of Brainerd, Kirk (Carmen) Lingenfelter of Nisswa and Joel (Tomasena) Lingenfelter of Staples; 10 grandchildren, Deborah (Ross) Moerschell, Danielle Lingenfelter, Emma Lingenfelter, Keaton Lingenfelter, Maddie Lingenfelter, Hudson Lingenfelter, Christian Lambert, Sienna (Mitchell) Reed, Ethan Lingenfelter and Abigail Lingenfelter; three great-grandchildren, Isaac, Xzavyor and Aloisa and one sister, Nancy (Mitchell) Hogg.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Rosemary.

Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home of Staples.
