Nancy Rudie

Nancy Jane (Hansen) Rudie, 65, of Staples, passed away unexpectedly in Henderson, Texas on January 13, 2023.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 11 at 4:00 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home in Staples. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. 

Nancy was born in Wadena on March 8, 1957 to Donald and Beverly (Ricketts) Hansen. She worked as a waitress for Mr. Ed’s in Motley for 25 years.

Nancy enjoyed spending time with her cats and in her gardens with her beautiful flowers. 

She is survived by her mother, Bev; two brothers, Daniel (Linda) Hansen and Wayne (Vicki) Hansen; two nieces, Chrystal and Ashley and one nephew, John.

She is preceded in death by her father and one brother, Rick.
