Richard (Dick) J. Mosack, 70, of Motley passed away February 21, 2018, at his home on.
Mass of Christian Burial was held Feb. 26 at the Church of St. Michael in Motley.
Interment was at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery near Little Falls.
Arrangements were by Taylor Funeral Care of Staples.
Dick was born Feb. 11, 1948 to Wilfred and Amelia (Matel) Mosack in Duluth. He married Connie Beseman on October 6, 1979 in Swanville.
Dick enjoyed giving directives and teaching life lessons; debating became his specialty. He was referred to as “the inspector” and enjoyed tinkering on projects, spear fishing, cutting wood and welding.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Ben (Sarah) Mosack of Colfax, WI and Matt (Katey) Mosack of Pillager and one daughter, Kim (Ricky) Albertson of Motley; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Diane (Jack) Tait-Bernard of New Hope and Pat (Jim) Dake of Cloquet; one brother, Jim (Ann) Mosack of Duluth; sister-in-law, Sue Mosack of Superior, WI and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
