Rolland Pogreba

Rolland Russell Pogreba, 84, of Staples, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 21, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be held Oct. 2, 2021 at Bryan and Mary’s house, Browerville, from 1 p.m. to ?

Interment will be at Sunset Cemetery, Minneapolis.

Rolland wore a lot of hats in his life.  He was called son, brother, uncle, friend, husband, dad, gramps, pa and also Hausenfifer and Big K.  He will be greatly missed in every life he touched.

Rolland will be deeply missed by his wife of 58 years, Virginia; four children, Bryan (Mary) Pogreba, Vicki (Bill) Busker, Bernadette Pogreba and Tammy Marlow; 10 grandchildren, Jessica (Trevor) Williams, Megan Pogreba, Alex (Tyler) Rickbeil, Nicole Craine, Adam Craine, Cassie Marlow, Connor Marlow, Ben (Sheila) Busker, Kelly (Dave) Erickson, and Jerrod (Kate) Busker; eight great-grandchildren; five brothers; six sisters; many nieces and nephews, other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Clara, and brothers, Anthony, John and Leo.
