Ronald Stave

Ronald Leroy Stave, 86, of Baldwin, WI passed away peacefully May 2, 2023.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held June 3 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church 581 County Rd B, Woodville, WI 54028. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the church.

Ronald was born July 10, 1936 to Roy and Clara (Olson) Stave in Todd County. 

Ron worked as a carpenter and a farmer, until he retired at the age of 60.

He loved his many horses and dogs and was a lover of all animals. He enjoyed ATVing with family and friends and while visiting many states doing just that.

He will be deeply missed by his wife of 64 years, Sharon (Mohrland)  Stave; seven children, Rhonda (Kevin) Olson, Renee (Tom) Smith, Shelly Stave, Wendy Stave, Timothy (Pam) Stave, Kristine Herzog and Terri Stave; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; nieces, nephew; one brother, Darrell Stave and one sister, Shirley Duis.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents and  siblings, Russel, Gerald, Royce and Kessell Stave, Carol Canfield, Ruby May, Opal Mertens, Pearl Hoemberg and Delona Hoemberg.
