NOTICE 

City of staples public hearing to consider the application for a conditional use permit

NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Staples will hold a public hearing at 5:05 p.m. on Monday, May 16, 2016  at the Staples City Hall to consider the application of Gerald Freese for a Conditional Use Permit on Parcel No. 38-0001602 located west of 435 2nd Street NE. Mr. Freese proposes to contruct a 30 foot by 56 foot (1,680 square feet) storage building on the vacant lot west of the alley.

A Conditional Use Permit is required for a storage building greater than 200 square feet in gross area on residential zoned property.

All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard on this matter.
