Discussion on a plan for Motley Memorabilia
An inventoried list of Motley memorabilia was presented. The list included trophies, plaques, pictures, band uniforms, choir robes, FFA memorabilia, as well as two large concrete/granite items. The Board indicated they would like to set a time limit to have items picked up and will take action at the Special Meeting following the Work Session.
Communications Plan
Dave Bergeron and Mike Hubbard (ICS Consulting) and Todd Rapp (Rapp Strategies) were present. Rapp presented the plan for rolling out the CIP communications. The goal will be to set the direction for the district; inform the community and engage the community to build trust. Tactics to support the strategies will be put in place to inform and engage the community.
