Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Todd County, will receive sealed bids until 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020 at the County Auditor-Treasurer’s Office. Bids will be opened at the County Board meeting on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 9:05 a.m. in the County Board Room, for publication for the year 2020 as may be required by the County of Todd, a municipal corporation, as follows:

This requires the publishing of official proceedings by the Todd County Board, and other legal and public notices required by all Todd County Departments, publication of the financial statement and publication of the list of lands in Todd County, delinquent in taxes for the year 2019, which have not been attached to prior judgment.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in such amount as may be determined by the County Board.The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids if in its judgment of the public interest so require pursuant to M.S. 279.07, and to waive any informalities therein.

NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on January 13, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at the Wadena County Courthouse 415 Jefferson Street South, Wadena, MN 56482, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated April 3, 2015, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Linda Lee Ayers, residing at 3077 River Road SE, St. Cloud, MN 56304, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an X UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to this petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Todd County, Minnesota will receive sealed bids for the extra publication of the Financial Statement for the year 2019 as required by law until 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 3, 2020. Bids will be opened at 9:05 a.m. on January 7, 2020 in the County Board Room.
This requires the extra publication for distribution of the Financial Statement to the remaining parts of the county not covered by the distribution of the official paper. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in such an amount as may be determined by the County Board.
