NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the parcels described in the List of Tax-Forfeited Land that is contained herein shall be sold to the highest bidder at public sale. The sale will be governed by the provisions of Minn. Stat. § 282.01 and by the resolution of the Todd County Board of Commissioners authorizing such sale. The resolution reads as follows:

BE IT RESOLVED, that all parcels of tax-forfeited land listed on the List of Tax-Forfeited Land be classified as nonconservation land; that the basic sale price of each parcel on List of Tax-Forfeited Land, that is on file with the Clerk of the County Board, be approved and authorization for a public sale of this land be granted, pursuant to Minn. ORDINANCE NO. 545

 

ORDINANCE 

AMENDING CHAPTER 103 ARTICLES III 

AND IV OF BUILDINGS AND BUILDING 

REGULATIONS

 

THE CITY COUNCIL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1: AMENDMENT OF BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS. Section 103-56 Penalities and Sanctions is hereby amended as follows:

The enforcement officer may issue an administrative penalty up to $250 for any violation of this Article described in the preceding. This administrative penalty may be imposed regardless of whether the person is convicted of a misdemeanor violation. 

Section 2: AMENDMENT OF BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS. Section 103-89(h) Violations is hereby amended as follows:

The housing inspector may issue an administrative penalty, up to $250 to any person who violates any of the provisions of this Article regardless of whether that person has been convicted of a misdemeanor offense.
