REQUEST FOR INSURANCE PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that the Freshwater Ed. Dist No. 6004 of Wadena, MN requests proposals for Group Insurance Coverage for the health plan year beginning January 1, 2021. 

North Risk Partners of Thief River Falls, Minnesota is the representative for The Freshwater Ed District and acting on its behalf for this RFP.

Envelopes should be plainly marked “Proposal for Group Insurance” and should be addressed to:

Sealed proposals must be submitted no later than 3:30 p.m. on Monday, August 24, 2020.

Proposals will be evaluated on the criteria as set forth within the RFP.

There will be no formal bid opening.

The Freshwater Board reserves the right to reject any/or all proposals, waive formalities, and to select the carrier and options that best meet the needs of the RFP.
