NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Thomastown Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Thomastown Town Hall, to consider disclaiming and extinguishing the town’s interest in the following described road(s):
All that portion of Thomastown Township Road T-170, from its point of beginning at or near the south line of the South-East Quarter of Section 15, Township 134, Range 33, to its point of intersection with the northerly line of the said Section 15, the centerline of which is described as attached: (full property description will be provided at the meeting).
Interested people may attend and be heard regarding this matter.

MORAN TOWNSHIP
ANNUAL MEETING
AND ELECTION
OF OFFICERS AND
BOARD OF CANVASS MEETINGS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Moran Township, County of Todd, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023.
The Annual Meeting will commence at 3:00 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The election poll hours will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at which time the voters will elect: one (1) supervisor, for a three (3) year term, and one (1) Clerk, for a two (2) year term.
The Board of Canvas will be held at 8:05 p.m. on March 14, 2023.
In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.

FACILITY PLAN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the city council of Staples will meet in the council chambers located at 122 6th St NE, Staples, MN 56479, at 7:00 p.m. on March 14, 2023, to consider potential improvements to the municipal wastewater system. Improvement options that are being considered include reconstruction of the sanitary sewer collection system on 2nd St NE, Roosevelt St SW, McKinley ST SW, 4th St SW, 3rd St SW, 2nd ST SW, and 4th St NE (Todd County CSAH 43). Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement(s) will be heard at this meeting.

Fawn Lake Township will hold its township election for the following offices:
One (1) Supervisor for a three (3) year term;
One (1) Treasurer for a two (2) year term.
Polls will be open from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the town hall.
The Board of Canvass will be held after the polls are closed, followed by the annual meeting.
In case of inclement weather the election and annual meeting will be held the following Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the same times.

Election will be for:
