1) Gregory M Johnson: The NE4 of the SE4 Section 13 of Gordon Township

Request for a Zoning Amendment to rezone that part of Section 13 from AF-1 to AF-2 zoning to allow an increase in dwelling density. 

2) Little Swan Villa Plat: - Darrell Bacon developer. Part of the GOV Lot 3, Section 03, Burnhamville Township

Subdivision request to create a cluster subdivision plat named “Little Swan Villa” for 16 lots and 2 out lots on Little Swan Lake.

3) Land Use Ordinance Proposed Changes:  Changes to several areas of the Todd County Land Use Ordinance to aid in clarification of terms and uses of land will be presented and discussed with opportunity for public input. The full detailed suggested changes can be viewed online on the county web site under Planning and  Zoning.
