Notice is given by means of this legal newspaper that a Repair Hearing will be held on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. It will be held in the Commissioner’s Board Room on the third level of the Historic Courthouse located at 215 1st Ave. South, Long Prairie, MN 56347. This Repair Hearing is regarding a Repair Petition that has been submitted to maintain all of County Ditch 18 located in Iona Township.
All interested landowners are welcome and encouraged to attend this Repair Hearing. County Commissioners Becker, Erickson, Kircher, Kneisl, and Neumann, County Ditch Inspector Nancy Uhlenkamp, and Ditch Attorney Kurt Deter will be present. Great River Regional Library, hereafter known as GRRL, working in partnership with the City of St. Cloud is requesting proposals from qualified restoration companies to provide fire restoration and remediation related services. Sealed bids for these turnkey services will be delivered at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 16, 2016 to the City of St. Cloud City Hall. Envelopes containing proposals shall be submitted as follows:
