MINUTES
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order with Freeman, Lund, Winkels, Longbella, Frisk and Hoemberg present (comprising a quorum). Also attending were Supt. Bratlie; Business Manager, Boesen; Principals Johnson, Schmidt and John Regan; SMEA rep. Schneider; several SM employees; Staples World Manager, Halvorson; and Recording Secretary Madson. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Motion by Winkels, seconded by Frisk, to adopt the agenda with the addition of #29. MC
Chair Freeman recognized the public and thanked them for attending.
School/Community Forum
a. CIPA - Internet Safety Policy- This serves as our annual review of this policy. No questions from the public.
b. MSHSL Video - the required MSHSL “Why we Play” video was viewed.

Motion by Lund, seconded by Frisk to approve the consent agenda as presented. MC

Business Manager, Boesen shared the Dec. 2016-June 2017 Financial Reports with the Board.
Motion by Longbella, seconded by Winkels, to approve the Financial Reports and Authorization to Pay Vouchers. MC
Motion by Longbella, seconded by Lund, to approve the SM Facility usage Fee Schedule. Voting in favor: Longbella, Lund, Freeman and Winkels Opposed: Frisk and Hoemberg
Motion by Freeman, seconded by Winkels, to increase the pay for Little Cardinal Academy classroom aids from $9.68 to $10.50 per hour. MC

Motion by Longbella, seconded by Freeman, to approve revisions to Policy #704.1 Food Service - Payment Process and Unpaid Meal Charges to include mandatory procedures. MC
Motion by Freeman, seconded by Winkels, to adopt mandatory Policy #721 Uniform Grant guidance Policy Regarding Federal Revenue Sources. MC
