Notice is hereby given that on Thursday May 26, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. the Todd County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the Commissioner’s Board Room, 215 1st Ave. South, Long Prairie, Minnesota to consider the following Variance applications:   

•Dianne Grammond: Section 28, Burnhamville Township. Site Address: 31710 County 13, Burtrum, MN 56318. PIN: 06-0056300

Variance request to reduce the structural setback to the road right-of-way and reduce the setback for the septic system to the road right-of-way 

•Big Birch Lake, LLC: Section 25, Birchdale Township. Site Address: NA (Anne Trl). PIN: 03-0070500

Amended variance request to 1) Appeal of the Todd County’s bluff determination. 2) Reduce the structural setback to the top of bluff and build within a bluff and severe steep slopes.
