Odden’s hole in one highlights Vintage league

Rick Odden hit a hole in one on the eleventh hole, one of the highlights of the Men’s Golf League at The Vintage golf course on July 27.

As the only one to drop a tee shot, Odden was closest to the hole in Division A. He also won a skin with the ace. On hole 15 Dan Orth won closest to the hole. Long drive was won by Rollie Penfield on hole 14. Mark Forsberg won a skin with an eagle on hole 18. Mike Isenberg had the low net for the evening.

In Division B, the only closest to the hole winner was Maurice (Sonny) Erickson on hole eight. The low net winner was Don Ludovissie, and no skins were won.

With one week remaining in regular season play, the leading point scorers are Mark Forsberg and Bill Israelson in Division A, and Lee Jenkins and Phil Miller in Division B.
